I feel like giving it a good kick at the moment... why? Because it won't stop lagging! Don't get me wrong... it's still usable but just barely (somehow, I still managed to post my frustrations here)... Grrr... it's driving me up the wall now... This is what I'm been doing with my computer the whole day.
1) Open windows media player to listen to Linkin Park, waited 5 minutes, then only windows media player started to show up but no song! Another 5 minutes later, only the song started playing... 10 minutes to start a song! :X
2) Open MSN... Sign in, and wait for it to lag for around 5 minutes before it is ready... then try to scroll to look at who's online... that also lags for a few seconds... then, wanna talk with someone, convo window takes few minutes to open and typing a convo is also a pain... :( (Okay, chill Vivian...)
3) Open Firefox... takes a few minutes to open and reach google (my homepage), then click the bookmark icon at my sidebar trying to get to Mobiles24 only to lag for a few minutes before finally opening and ready for browsing, then after some posting, try to get into FB... oh I won't elaborate more... (Chilll... don't get mad...)
4) Plug in my flash into my computer, wait for a good 15 minutes for it to load and open... If that wasn't bad enough... deleting ONE file in my pendrive takes a painful 2 minutes to complete... (Okay, this is starting to be really too much...)
5) Plug in my camera's SD card to transfer some photos... takes another good 15 minutes to open... Click 'My Pictures' folder and wait 10 minutes for it to open and load everything. Right-click somewhere, wait 30 seconds then, the command window pops out, click new folder, wait another 30 seconds, new folder pops out and even renaming the folder is a pain... Then, go to the photos in my SD card, highlight everything and drag the pics slowly and painfully to the new folder. Total time taken to transfer 3 bloody photos... 40 MINUTES! (OMG...............)
6) Open a Microsoft word document to help print something for mom.... waited 10 minutes for the document to show up.... click print... then my printer start printing... 15 MINUTES LATER... (........****)
7) Saw an interesting link... click it... computer starts freezing for around 3 minutes, then starts moving again... firefox shows up another 10 minutes later... opens... then freezes for around 5 minutes before finally ready for navigation. (#%@&#$*!!!!!!!)
It's so freakin' frustrating! Can anyone help me deal with a lagging computer like mine?! Looks like I really have to reformat it soon.... :( :( :(
Anyway, plans for tomorrow --> Clean up my study table... Reasons? Look below... exam is over for over 3 months already and still...... well, see by yourselves... (P.S:: Ignore the dates on the pic...)
Like a jungle~~~EDIT: The photo takes 15 minutes to upload as well!!! :S
